My mom loves ''The Walton's'' TV Show. Today I was watching with her and thought about something that really made me consider where the world is today compared to back in those days, following the Depression. The advent of Radio and how they had to go to Ike's to use a telephone. Erin and Ben were driving to town and she was concerned about finding a job. Money was scarce back then and so were jobs.
It made me think about today, with all of our technologies, this Blog, and what someone like John Boy, who was a writer could do with such a platform.
What occurred to me is that the opportunities today and the incredible technologies at our fingertips give everyone, even people in remote places and equal opportunity to make money.
Part of the job is to write something worth reading and to tell people about what you do and share it with the world.
I'm just amazed at this platform, I am amazed at the Back Office here, which unless you own the Blogbeast you can't see and I am overly overwhelmed with the training and creativity and fun they put into this business.
