A Sunrise on the Ocean is Refreshing

There isn’t much to add to a sunrise on the ocean.  It is perfect everytime.

I’m always a little disappointed when the day replaces the sunrise or the night replaces the sunset. They are so beautiful.

Sunrises almost always put me in a good mood!

I’ve always wanted to live by the ocean, just to go and greet the sunrise every morning.  When I was in Dieppe, France one year while on a tour, I went down to the water and an older fellow was coming down and going for a swim.  I asked him if he always did this and he said ”Everyday I am here, for 40 years!”  Which is a feat, because the water is cold even in the summer time. But he was fit and in a good mood.
