How to make money like a Real Estate Tycoon without the real estate headaches.

Real Estate is a very lucrative business but often carries with it a lot of headaches.

So, how do you make money like a Real Estate Tycoon?  Become a Tycoon without the Real Estate by building a network marketing virtual skyscraper and renting space out in it. 

In Real Estate, the money is in three things, residual rent income, flip income and property value increase income. To do these things though, you must own real estate, which is expensive, so banks lend money for people to own it.

I was once a real estate agent. The guy who had the desk next to mine had been in the business for 30 years already and he dabbeled in sales, but really, his business was in renting out apartments and retail space. He told me he owned 30 different properties and rented them for an average of $1,000 dollars a month. Yes, that is $30,000 a month or  $360,000 a year, and he owned all of his places free and clear. So, calculating his net worth I guess it would easily be in the millions. 

He was a regular guy, wearing his painting duds all of the time, just passively walking around the office, basically using the office as a platform to rent his apartments. Smart and really nice guy.
