Making The Impossible – Possible

There is a drag race strip not too far from where I grew up. Every weekend in the summer, it seemed like the booming sounds came from right next door, but for some reason it never bothered me.

I was thinking about drag racing this morning, oddly enough, and I thought, what if I took my Honda Accord out to the drag strip, this is a car I had for a while back in the day, and tried to race it against those Hot Rods?

Well, simple, I would be laughed off of the track! No chance AT ALL of winning.

It isn't that I couldn't be a successful drag racer, not that I'd want to, but it would be IMPOSSIBLE driving that weak and wimpy Honda Accord.  It simply does not have the capacity to go that fast.

The only way to be a successful drag racer, is to have a car that CAN go that fast.

Here is the key to success – ''Success can only happen if it is made possible, and that anyone can do.''

First and foremost the thing that makes it ''Possible'' is allowing for it in your own mind. Without the mindset that gives room for success on a scale that makes a difference in your life, it is impossible for it to do it.

If a fisher wants to catch 100 pounds of fish, he casts a small net. To catch 1000 pounds of fish, he still casts a net but he casts a bigger net. You can't catch 1000 pounds of fish with a net that will only hold 100 pounds of fish.

To make the impossible possible, all that is necessary is to expand what you think is possible and then throw out a net big enough to have the success you want.

The Empower Network is all about expanding your mindset of what is possible and to give you the training and tools to get the biggest net you can create!
